Delivery Policy

All orders £75 and over to UK address are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for FREE. Orders under £75 to UK address is a flat rate of £2.95. You can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for £5.95.

Our order processing time is 1-2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your dispatch confirmation, please allow the following time for your order to arrive:

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days from dispatch

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3-5 working days from dispatch

All Pru’s packaging is produced in the UK from eco friendly suppliers. They are already 100% recycled and all can be recycled again or are biodegradable, from the postal bags, boxes, tags, business cards to even the sellotape!
