Delivery Policy

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £125.

UK orders under £125 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.75.

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for £7.95.

Our order processing time is 1-2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

All Pru’s packaging is produced in the UK from eco friendly suppliers. They are already 100% recycled and all can be recycled again or are biodegradable.
