RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but understand sometimes things just aren't quite right. We are happy to offer a full refund on all products, excluding the original delivery cost. Please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition, in the original packaging, with labels attached and suitable for resale. Please include the receipt with the order number.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days of receipt.

With the exception of faulty goods, Pru is not responsible for the cost of returning products. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at info@prudesign.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are welcome. Please email us with your order number, the product you wish to return and also the product you wish to exchange it for.

FAULTY GOODS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may resolve the situation for you straight away.
