We are so excited to launch our 100% Recycled Wax Coffee Cup Candles. This is an exciting partnership between sustainably focused and environmentally responsible ceramicists and candle makers. Enjoy over 30 hours of burn time, then enjoy drinking from the hand crafted cup over and over again.

Our Recycled Wax Coffee Cup Candles are a sustainable and environmentally friendly blend of 100% recycled wax gathered from around the UK and hand poured in small batches.

THE SCENT

Blonde Amber + Honey is an elegant blend of the smokey essence of manuka honey, sweetness of nectar and the warm tones of amber converging in this elegant, rich and calming fragrance.

Top Notes: Fresh bergamot, softened with blonde amber and a hint of faded coffee beans.

Middle Notes: Fresh cut stems of rose, iris, patchouli and violet, enrobed in warm honey.

Base Notes: Comforting and warming tones of amber, tonka bean, vanilla, musk and oud. 

THE WAX

Our Recycled Wax Coffee Cup Candles are a sustainable and environmentally friendly blend of 100% recycled plant and mineral wax gathered from around the UK. 

Did you know the average yearly spend on candles equates to every single person in the world buying 6 candles per year? That is a lot of wax going into land fill. Plant based wax can take only a few months to completely biodegrade, while mineral wax can take decades. Equally,  the production of new candle wax requires significant amounts of energy and resources. By recycling wax, our candle makers are able to save 40 tonnes of wax going into landfill every year whilst at the same time conserving environmental resources.

Our wick is 100% cotton which reduces sooting and promotes a cleaner burn.

THE VESSEL 

Using coffee cups for this collection aligns perfectly with Pru’s brand ethos - everything to be reused, recycled and loved for many many years! We have worked with a sustainably focused, family run mill in Portugal to produce these beautiful stoneware cups. Each one is handmade in small batches.  Enjoy over 30 hours of burn time, then enjoy drinking from your cup over and over again.
